Annual Meeting Postponement Announcement

The BEPOA 2020 annual meeting will be rescheduled once the COVID-19 pandemic is brought under control and we can safely gather. In the meantime, the BEPOA Board wishes everyone a safe and happy winter season.

As you probably know, the plow program is working effectively and HBCA is doing an admirable job to date using the BEPOA plow equipment. We continue to work with HBCA to ensure a smooth winter plow effort. The balance of our priorities can be discussed when the annual meeting is rescheduled.

We will be back in touch with you next spring/summer as conditions warrant and the pandemic subsides.

Attached here is your 2020-21 BEPOA dues invoice for those of you who wish to continue participating as a member of BEPOA. You can mail in a check or pay online using PayPal.

Mission Statement and Updated Bylaws

It is the Mission of Brighton Estates Property Owners Association to improve the value and utility of the properties in the Brighton Estates Subdivisions for the Members of the Association. In particular, the Association seeks to build a community that includes water, fire-protection and the normal obtainment of building permits.
